Role Summary Rowan is seeking a Telecommunications & Network Infrastructure Design Engineer to support the planning, design, and implementation of telecommunications infrastructure across the Rowan data center portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing campus-wide telecommunications standards and designs, including ISP/OSP infrastructure, structured cabling systems, fiber backbone architecture, carrier connectivity, and telecommunications spaces. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, construction, operations, customers, and external consultants to ensure scalable, resilient, and standardized infrastructure across all projects. Travel: Ability to travel up to (25%) for company gatherings, meetings, or to project sites. Location: Denver, Colorado – Remote is an option for the right candidate. Compensation: 110k-130k (Offer Bonus) Essential Responsibilities: Telecommunications Infrastructure Design: - Develop telecommunications infrastructure standards for Rowan data centers. - Design and review ISP and OSP telecommunications systems, including conduit pathways, duct banks, handholes, vaults, and fiber distribution networks. - Define fiber backbone architectures, route diversity requirements, and capacity planning strategies. - Support Carrier Entrance Facilities (CEF), Bui
