Role Description The Telecom Expense Management Lead position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the comprehensive financial operations lifecycle, with a primary focus on Purchase Order (PO) and Invoicing management, and governance over the NOC department and also with related Telecom Expense Management (TEM) functions. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across supplier and internal financial processes. In this role, you'll: Manage Vendor Relationships: Manage end-to-end financial relationships with critical and strategic vendors (e.g., Lumen, Zayo, Verizon), including overseeing invoice validation, auditing, and payment dispute resolution. Oversee Contracting Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end contracting workflow, including renewals, terminations, and PO creation/management within SAP CLM and Docusign. Lead Analyst Team: Lead a team of analysts responsible for invoice processing, PO management, and audit functions.
