### **Job Description** ## Overview Oversee telecom infrastructure supporting BRT operations, ensuring mission-critical communication systems perform reliably. ## Your role * Supervise fiber optic networks, CCTV, public address, radio, and SCADA systems * Monitor contractor O&M performance and ensure KPI compliance * Ensure system redundancy, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness * Review telecom system designs, upgrades, and expansions * Coordinate integration with OCC systems and ITS platforms * Conduct audits and fault investigations ## About you * Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering * 10+ years’ experience in telecom systems for BRT, rail, or infrastructure projects * Expertise in fiber optics and critical communication systems * CCNP/CCIE or equivalent preferred ## Rewards & benefits Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
