Job Title: Telecaller (Fresher) Location: West Mardepally, Secunderabad Experience: Freshers Employment Type: Full-time / Work from Office Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads or sales. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers * Explain company products/services clearly * Handle customer queries and provide accurate information * Follow up on leads and maintain call records * Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets * Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls Skills Required: * Good communication skills (English & Local Language) * Basic computer knowledge * Strong convincing and negotiation skills * Ability to handle rejection and pressure * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Eligibility Criteria: * Any Graduate / Undergraduate * Freshers are welcome * Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory) Salary & Benefits: * Fixed salary + Incentives * Training will be provided Regards Mounika HR Infasta Soft Solutions Pvt Ltd
