Must Have
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, Retention Executive, or in a similar role, Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi (Read, Write & Speak preferred), listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills, Ability to handle repetitive follow-ups and target-based work environments, Comfortable handling host rejection and difficult conversations professionally, Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Excel, Ability to work independently in a remote setup, Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within teams
What You'll Do.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing hosts/partners
Onboard and train new hosts as per platform guidelines
Assist users with profile completion
Follow up on pending onboarding and verification activities
Engage with existing hosts to improve platform activity and retention
Contact inactive users and work towards reactivation
Educate hosts about platform features
Resolve basic host concerns and coordinate escalations with internal teams
Maintain detailed records of calls
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly operational and productivity targets
Ensure professional communication and positive host experience during interactions
Stay updated with platform processes
and promotional activities
