Temporary contract (with possibility of permanent employment later)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master's degree in Law or equivalent, 3 years of legal work experience, Experience in labor law, Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills (spoken and written)

Provide comprehensive consultations on labor law matters
Conduct legal risk assessment
Analyze relevant labor law regulation
Monitor new legislation
Consult on internal and external legislation
Ensure compliance with Labor Code
Identify and solve non-standard labor law situations
Participate in business projects
Ensure compliance of Group companies' activities
Prepare contracts and other documents

Consult Ignitis Group companies' colleagues on labor law matters; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on legislation; Participate in business projects; Work with all group companies and products
