Must Have
University degree in supply and disposal technology or technical building equipment (TGA) - ideally with a focus on heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as water supply and disposal / sanitary technology., Relevant professional experience in the mentioned fields., Alternatively: career changer from a related technical profession with a master craftsman or technician qualification., Sound and relevant professional experience in the mentioned fields., Very good knowledge of project management and common project management methods., Knowledge of contract law and experience with planning assignments, e.g. according to HOAI.

What You'll Do.
Client control for the entire field of heating
air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as water supply and disposal / sanitary technology - including system safety.
Accompanying projects from planning through execution to commissioning of systems.
Familiarization with existing documentation of the site and existing preliminary projects.
Preparation of tenders and active participation in the awarding of planning and execution services.
Monitoring planning and execution services in terms of technical quality
Participation in internal project management processes and documents
e.g. for project progress
schedule planning and cost tracking.
Control and support of the creation of documents for public-law permits.
Creation of internal work orders and ensuring clear
structured transfer of necessary information.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Consulting other technical departments - e.g. structural and electrical engineering - on planning.; Close cooperation with other technical departments, especially on cross-functional interfaces, system dependencies or pipe collisions.
