What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or Electrics, 3 years of experience in facility and building maintenance, Experience in the maintenance of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, compressed air, process water, chilled water, including troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance, Experience using computer tools, power tools, and measurement systems for equipment troubleshooting, Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical and mechanical infrastructure in facilities, Experience with industrial water systems, RO systems, DI, reclaimed water, and pumping systems, Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of equipment and building infrastructure, Use of instrumentation and diagnostic tools, Knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance with safety regulations (LOTO, electrical safety, working at heights, etc.), Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Knowledge of Maintenance Procedures and their proper documentation, Operation of electrical monitoring and building management systems, Management and control of spare parts and tool inventory, Planning of operational maintenance, Diagnostics of equipment failures and technical problems, Contractor support and activity monitoring
