Must Have
Proven hands-on experience in media post-production, Technical support within audiovisual environments, Familiarity with Microsoft environments, Familiarity with productivity tools, Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Working knowledge of iterative project support frameworks, Experience in troubleshooting AV workflows, Experience improving AV workflows
Nice to Have
Experience with video editing software, Experience with audiovisual file management systems
What You'll Do.
Manage support issue resolution
Investigate causes of issues
Determine causes of failures
Document implemented solutions
Evaluate new feature requests
Assist with data collection
Perform workflow onboarding
Provide new production systems
Keep on top of JIRA work management
Validate new workflows
Handover new workflows
Test modified workflows
Assist ORKA with testing WFs
Provide first line remote TechOps assistance
Ensure test patterns are fit
Ensure test frequencies are fit
General cover for engineer

Global Technical Operations team; HSDs and PM and OM; ORKA team; Sales Operations Managers; Head of Production systems; Production Systems; Global and local QA testing team; Cross-cultural teams; Operators, supervisors, and support functions
