Must Have
8 – 10 years leading core systems or large technology‑enabled transformation programmes for the Insurance sector (life, non-life, re-insurance, or specialty lines), Deep knowledge of insurance platforms (e. g. Policy Administration, Claims ecosystems) and their business impact., Collaborative leadership, commercial and stakeholder partnership capabilities at executive level., Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leading teams in a collaborative, inclusive way, Proven ability to align technology change with business strategy and operating model outcomes.

What You'll Do.
Guide and oversee large‑scale core systems and digital transformation engagements within insurance
working collaboratively with clients and teams to deliver meaningful outcomes
Define transformation delivery roadmaps and technology‑enabled business strategies aligned to client objectives.
Provide senior leadership and quality assurance across multiple technology and business workstreams.
Act as a senior advisor to client executives on core systems modernisation and digital enablement.
Develop PwC capability through coaching
and contribution to practice growth and propositions.
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams
working closely with senior client executives and key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and programme governance is maintained.
Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from business case development through design
and post-deployment reviews
ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
Communicate complex insurance and transformation concepts clearly and persuasively
tailoring messaging for diverse audiences including C-suite executives
and client operational staff.
Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors and alliance partners.
Collaborate on shaping innovative insurance solutions addressing regulatory changes
