What They're Looking For.
Must Have
experience within technical sourcing or technical recruitment, either in-house or agency-side, Proven success sourcing technical talent across areas such as Software Engineering, Data and Product or UX/UI is essential, Excellent direct sourcing and candidate engagement capability, particularly within competitive talent markets, organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring streams, pipelines and priorities simultaneously, Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
further experience hiring in more traditional delivery areas e. g. Business Analysis and Project/Programme Management will also be deemed beneficial, Experience supporting hiring within consulting, financial services or technology-led organisations, Knowledge of talent mapping and market intelligence techniques across specialist technology domains, Exposure to employer branding or talent attraction campaigns across social and digital channels, Passion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and inclusive sourcing practices
What You'll Do.
Proactively source high-quality technical talent across Software Engineering
Product and other related Technology disciplines
Build and manage talent pipelines through market mapping
direct outreach and innovative sourcing strategies
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities
talent availability and market trends
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the early recruitment lifecycle
from first engagement through to process management
Support inclusive hiring outcomes by developing diverse talent pools and promoting Capco across relevant talent communities and digital platforms
