3-5 years IT support experience, Windows 11 and macOS, Microsoft 365 / Office 365, Active Directory / Azure AD, Endpoint management: Intune/SCCM, Endpoint management: JAMF, ITSM ticketing systems, Business applications: Microsoft Office, Business applications: Microsoft Teams, Business applications: Zoom, Business applications: Box, Business applications: OneDrive, Business applications: Parallels, Confident, professional support for executives, Confident, professional support for VIP users, Customer mindset, Prioritizing and multitasking, Clear ownership, Prompt, accurate communication, Organization, planning, and follow-through
Nice to Have
ITIL V4 Certification, Microsoft Certification, Mac Certification, Experience in broadcast/media
What You'll Do.
Deliver in-person triage
Deliver remote triage
Troubleshoot VIP users
Coordinate escalations for VIP users
Keep endpoints compliant
Maintain documentation
Report trends using ITSM tool
Share insights with leadership
Assist users with local office initiatives
Assist users with broader IT projects
