Must Have

2-3 years of experience supporting end users in a technical support or IT helpdesk role, Completion of recognised IT training, Competence with Windows 10/11, Competence with Apple products, Competence with modern smartphones, Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check, Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check, Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours
