What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Australian Citizen, ability to obtain security clearance, customer and communication skills, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution, Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools, Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting

Nice to Have

ITIL 3 or 4 certification

What You'll Do.

Front-facing TechZone duties

Maintain a customer-centric area where users can approach and receive technical support

Ensure our laptop and peripheral stock is received

Floorwalking and desk management

Engage with our user base on their working floors

pick up any technical faults before they’re reported

providing the highest level of customer service

service our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible

build positive customer relationships
