What You'll Do.

Deliver intelligent AI capabilities that simplify complex internal technology workflows and improve how enterprise Teams operate at scale

Manage medium- to high-complexity initiatives end-to-end

Define complex project plans/roadmaps including scope

Execute tasks defined in the project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management methodologies and practices

Assess project needs and resources continually to complete projects on time and within budget while managing log of risks

Partner with resource managers

Business Partners and vendors to assemble a project Team and provide ongoing motivation to drive projects to completion

Lead and facilitate project meetings and presentations to Leadership

Establish cross functional alliances within and outside of the Technology Department to drive results

In this role, you’ll manage medium‑ to high‑complexity initiatives end‑to‑end, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Operations Teams to plan roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive Agile delivery. You’ll bring structure and clarity to execution by tracking scope, timeline, risk, and milestones, while supporting testing, acceptance, and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle. This role offers the opportunity to grow your program management skills within a fast‑moving AI environment, contributing to enterprise technology solutions that directly enable Southwest Teams to better serve Customers every day.
