Delivery outcomes are considered the core accountability of the role. **What you will do** * You will own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring successful execution from mobilisation through to project closure. * You will translate scope, estimates, and timelines into clear and executable delivery plans, identifying dependencies, risks, and critical milestones. * You will drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams, actively managing progress and ensuring alignment with delivery plans. * You will proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues, ensuring clear visibility, impact assessment, and resolution plans. * You will coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and operations. * You will provide clear and structured communication to stakeholders, ensuring full transparency on delivery status, risks, and required decisions. *
