What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, 7+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences, or highly regulated industry environments, Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Cvent event planning applications and Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly Campaign functionality, Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into product vision and delivery plans, Knowledge of Agile product development, user story writing, and backlog management, Experience managing product releases, sprint metrics, and Agile ceremonies, Deep understanding of business processes and high-quality digital product delivery, Experience developing systems that enable customer interaction and collaboration, Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience design, Foundational skills in Data Engineering, Foundational skills in Cybersecurity, Foundational skills in Intelligent Automation, Foundational skills in Emerging Technologies

The Technical Product Owner is a seasoned technology leader responsible for shaping product vision, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving the delivery of high-impact digital products. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring products are aligned with customer needs, technical feasibility, and organizational objectives. Operating within an Agile environment, the Technical Product Owner partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that drive measurable business value
