The Management Consulting (MC) Technology Operations Manager (Tech Ops) is accountable for the reliability, operability, and ongoing performance of the MC technology landscape. This role ensures products and services are stable, supportable, cost-effective, and appropriately governed after delivery—enabling MC teams to focus on client impact. The Tech Ops Manager serves as the primary operational contact for MC, bringing structure and operational discipline by owning service reliability, product operations, vendor performance, and budget coordination.
