WHAT YOU’LL DO We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Analyst to support Poland Technology organization. This is a multifaceted role spanning operational support, governance coordination, vendor management, and data analysis — ideal for someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities and partnering with stakeholders across regions. • Support day-to-day Poland technology operations across administrative, governance, and organizational processes, collaborating closely with global teams in the United States, EMEA, and APAC. • Coordinate and manage operational activities related to vendors, contractors, and service providers, including invoicing and payment tracking, contract extensions and renewals, onboarding and offboarding processes, and supplier issue resolution. • Partner with vendor management, finance, accounting, procurement, HR, and technology teams across multiple regions to ensure smooth operational delivery. • Assist with governance and compliance-related activities, including local operational and tax-related programs. • Maintain and improve operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysis to support management decision-making. • Prepare presentations, operational summaries, and management updates for leadership stakeholders. • Drive operational efficiency improvements and process standardization across the Poland technology organization. • Support software and SaaS vendor coord
