What You'll Do.
Coordinating and supporting in origination and execution of M&A
Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with TMT clients
Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key TMT accounts
Conducting sector and company research
quantitative analysis
credit analysis and financial modelling
Communicate with clients
other advisers and senior Investment Bankers
Generating new ideas that support business direction and utilise sector knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Country and Product Bankers on opportunities relating to the TMT sector
