The role focuses on bioremediation, chemical reduction, metals stabilization, and related technologies, supporting the innovation pipeline and representing the company at technical conferences and client meetings globally. _**Candidates should be located within reasonable distance of an Evonik facility in the U.S. based on business needs. Periodic onsite presence and/or travel may be required. **_ **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide stewardship and technical leadership for Soil & Groundwater products and technologies. * Collaborate with sales on complex project assessments, proposals, and customer interactions. * Assist in remedial design and field implementation of customer projects. * Research and develop new products and applications. * Collaborate with marketing to define product value propositions and messaging. * Maintain relationships with senior technology leaders across the industry. * Identify potential acquisition candidates and strategic partners. * Serve as a technical resource for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators. **REQUIREMENTS** * Master’s Degree or PhD
