**Job Description Summary** The Technology Lead for Region Europe translates regional priorities into a value-driven technology roadmap and ensures delivery through Global Technology. It is the single point of accountability for the end-to-end technology relationship for the region and countries, enabling timely decisions, transparent prioritization and predictable outcomes. Therefore, you'll will work closely with the Region Europe leadership team, focusing on commercial operations, to define the Technology strategy that will enable markets to achieve their business goals. You'll lead digital transformation initiatives and global programs that span across the whole value chain. The role ensures that global programs land in countries in an integrated and transparent way. You will therefore need to manage a broad range of stakeholders across functions (e.g. Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, etc.) and within Technology.
