Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo Você fará parte do nosso time de Tecnologia e atuará diretamente na liderança do squad de Crédito PJ, garantindo alinhamento estratégico, saúde do time e entrega de valor com qualidade e agilidade. No seu dia a dia, você vai: Liderar o squad de Crédito PJ, garantindo alinhamento, foco e saúde do time. Conduzir rituais ágeis (planning, review, retro) e gerenciar o roadmap de entregas do squad. Gerenciar múltiplas integrações simultâneas com portais externos de supply chain e Hub. Ser a interface de tecnologia e de processo com Product Owner, negócio e stakeholders regulatórios (Bacen). Remover impedimentos, escalar riscos e tomar decisões de priorização em cenários de alta pressã o. Realizar 1:1s, acompanhar desenvolvimento individual e construir cultura de qualidade no squad.
