# **Position:** Technology Field Application Engineer – FPGA # **Job Description:** **Technology Field Application Engineer - FPGA** We are looking for a Field Application Engineer who will join our Nordic Engineering team to help guide our customers R&D in Sweden and help them realize their innovative ideas within FPGAs. You will preferably live in Sweden and work based out of one of our offices in either Kista or Göteborg. Home office is also an option in Norway, Denmark or Sweden. **Responsibilities / Tasks:** * Help development Engineers to select the right FPGA technologies and components for their next design. * You will be responsible for growing our FPGA market share in Nordic in cooperation with our team of Nordic FPGA FAEs. * Be involved in many different development projects of our customers * As a technical expert you will be responsible for preparing & conducting training courses, events and technical meetings with customers and suppliers. * Guide technical direction/priorities based on suppliers shaping strategy and market situation. **Requirements / Nice-to-haves:** * Experience with electronics and you love working with innovative technology that can change our way of living. * M.Sc/B.Sc Engineer or equivalent within electronics. * Need to understand FPGA technology in dept but no need to be updated on tools. * Preferably experience in FPGA electronic design. * Outgoing personality * Nordic & English language on a fluent level needed. * Driving license and willingness to travel in Sweden in connection with customer visits. **What’s in it for you?** * Comprehensive trainings from newest technologies in electronic industry. * Stable employment based on permanent contract with base salary and bonus scheme. * Possibility to work remotely from home if preferred. * Company car/ car allowance * Chance to work with a wide spectrum of companies and technologies that drive innovation. * Real chances to grow inside a global, multicultural environment.
