Our goal is to design and build solutions that reduce confusion, provide clarity, support decision making, and streamline the process so that we and our partners can focus on providing better health outcomes by improving patient care and reducing costs and burden. About the Role We are building a fast-moving, AI-driven team focused on rapidly prototyping and deploying solutions that push healthcare technology forward. As a technology associate, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced engineers, product leaders, and healthcare technology experts to turn ambitious ideas into working prototypes — in weeks, not quarters. While this is a role designed for recent college graduates, this is not a passive learning role. You will be given real problems, real data, and real accountability from day one.
