Electrify your future. **About the role** The Technology Energy Assets team is responsible for the end-to-end Technology services for all AGL’s Generation assets playing a crucial role in ensuring technology solutions meet business needs and are onboarded safely and securely into operations. As the Technology Asset Manager – Thermal, you’ll be the dedicated technology business partner for your assigned Generation asset portfolio, providing leadership and delivery across the technology stack. You’ll focus on the technology services that underpin electricity generation, while enabling the broader transition as AGL evolves its generation mix and delivery roadmap. **Some of the things you’ll do are:** * Own and maintain the 5-year IT roadmap for your assigned asset portfolio, ensuring alignment to business strategy and stakeholder sign-off. * Lead cross-functional delivery across capital programs and in-flight initiatives— defining scope, milestones, resources, budgets, and timelines, and holding teams accountable to outcomes. * Drive service management and operational performance, partnering with service owners to monitor KPIs, service levels, trends and proactive issue resolution across technology services. * Act as the Technology Sponsor for key initiatives, ensuring new applications and services are onboarded in lin
