Must Have
7+ years of implementation or optimization experience, prior experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite, Leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite Implementations, Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution, Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships, Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset, Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments, Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
Nice to Have

leading pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if NetSuite is the best fit for requirements presented
scoping NetSuite modules and services required to assist clients in achieving objectives
reviewing work plans and drafting proposals
developing effective NetSuite solutions
developing business requirements and translating requirements into specific NetSuite functionality
leading workshops to define implementation strategy
leading implementation team(s) in executing implementation
ensuring completion of tasks
and components including but not limited to functional specifications
design specifications
and project reviews for engagements
leading other engagement quality assurance efforts to deliver a superior implementation
defining integration requirements and collaborating with integration team to interface other outside applications with NetSuite
working with practice leadership to develop NetSuite-specific training
business development training and collateral

Full Job Description
Riveron is looking for a Manager focused on NetSuite software to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will be challenged in three areas; business development and sales, practice development, and project execution and quality assurance on NetSuite software engagements. The Manager will work side-by-side our Strategy team members in leading multiple client projects ranging from software selection, implementations or optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven implementation background and the willingness to serve as a leader through business development and sales as well as practice development. Who You Are: - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) - 7+ years of implementation or optimization experience and should have prior experience with architecting ERP solutions on NetSuite - Leading or supporting full-cycle NetSuite Implementations - Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solution - Mastery of Microsoft Office Products - Ability to develop, grow and sustain client relationships - Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset - Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environments - Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams - Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals and other social/networking activities What You'll Do: - Lead Business Development and Sales - Lead pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if NetSuite is the best fit for requirements presented - Scope NetSuite modules and services required to assist clients in achieving objectives - Review work plans an
