Support prioritization discussions
Identify portfolio-level risks and dependencies
Provide delivery insights for decision-making
Define how Engineering measures effectiveness and delivery health
Work on throughput and predictability metrics
Work on delivery health reporting
Work on cycle time and flow analysis
Work on portfolio dashboards
Work on executive reporting and operational storytelling
Turn operational data into usable insights
Improve Jira and Confluence workflows
Standardize data structures and reporting models
Improve dashboard consistency and visibility
Support governance and documentation practices
Align tooling with Engineering team workflows
Reduce friction and improve operational clarity
Identify opportunities to improve work intake processes
Identify opportunities to improve planning cadences
Identify opportunities to improve reporting practices
Identify opportunities to improve portfolio governance
Identify opportunities to improve delivery visibility
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner directly with Engineering and Product leaders; Partner closely with IT, Product, and Engineering teams; Align teams without relying on authority; Help teams evolve processes, tools, and ways of working
