Experience in Engineering Operations, Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Experience in Technical Operations, Experience in Operational Analytics, Experience in SaaS or Cloud Operations, Familiarity with Jira Service Management, Familiarity with Grafana, Familiarity with CloudWatch, Familiarity with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, Familiarity with Prometheus, Familiarity with Observability & telemetry platforms, Familiarity with Incident / Problem / Change Management
Nice to Have
SQL and operational data analysis, APIs and system integrations, AWS or cloud platform experience, Data visualization and dashboarding, AI tooling, automation, or AI agents, Atlassian ecosystem experience (Jira, Confluence, Assets)

Improve application health and reliability
Build dashboards and service health reporting
Analyze operational trends and performance patterns
Improve alert quality and escalation logic
Support implementation of APM and telemetry
Help operationalize reliability practices
Define and improve Incident Management
Define and improve Problem Management
Define and improve Change Management
Define and improve operational governance practices
Define and improve service reliability workflows
Ensure tooling and workflows support engineering teams
Reduce fragmentation across tools and workflows
Improve operational visibility across organization
How You'll Work.
