Must Have
Experience in Engineering Operations, Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Experience in Technical Operations, Experience in Operational Analytics, Experience in SaaS or Cloud Operations, Jira Service Management, Grafana, CloudWatch, OpenSearch / Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Observability & telemetry platforms, Incident / Problem / Change Management
Nice to Have
SQL and operational data analysis, APIs and system integrations, AWS or cloud platform experience, Data visualization and dashboarding, AI tooling, automation, or AI agents, Atlassian ecosystem experience (Jira, Confluence, Assets)

Define and improve Change Management
Define and improve operational governance practices
Define and improve service reliability workflows
Ensure tooling and workflows support Engineering teams
Reduce fragmentation across tools and workflows
Improve operational visibility across the organization
