This Team builds and evolves a modern, cloud‑based foundation that enables Teams across the Company to develop, deploy, and experiment with AI in a secure, scalable, and reliable environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Platform Teams to gather and document requirements, support Agile delivery, and ensure solutions align with both Business needs and Technology standards. You’ll apply strong analytical skills to assess options, estimate effort and value, and track dependencies, risks, and outcomes as AI platforms grow and mature. This role offers the opportunity to build deep experience across AI platforms, cloud technologies, and data‑driven decision‑making—contributing to the foundation that enables innovation and smarter digital experiences across Southwest.
