Because while individuals can do well, together we achieve something extraordinary. **The Role** The Technology Adoption Lead will play a central operational role in embedding legal technology tools, including generative AI, into everyday legal practice. The position involves working directly and consistently with lawyers to accelerate adoption, build confidence, and integrate technology into matter workflows. This is a hands‑on role that requires close collaboration with legal teams to identify use cases, design prompts and workflows and support behavioural change. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a law firm and an understanding of legal workflows. The role will be aligned to one of the firm’s core practice areas (Banking, Corporate, Disputes), subject to prior experience, and will report to the firm’s Legal Technology Manager based. **About the Team** The IDT team forms part of the firm’s broader legal trans
