Monitor, sustain and improve equipment and/or processes through recipe maintenance, tool recovery and basic troubleshooting of tool issues Monitor, analyze and dispose out of control events for established SPC rules for both tool qualification and product measurements Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues Support engineering requests with testing and experimentation on processes and/or equipment and collect, document, and analyze data from these tests and experiments Assist in tool installation, relocation and upgrades Improve tool uptime through quality workmanship, systematic problem solving and troubleshooting Document all maintenance performed in established check sheets and tracking programs, and routinely review maintenance check sheets and procedures Update Engineering Operations Engineer on tool and area issues Completing all required safety training and ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Micron safety policies Minimizing variability and increasing tool availability Partnering with other areas or departments to solve issues Supporting and maintaining TPM and 6S activities Perform work with accuracy and within a reasonable time Communicate appropriately with other personnel, including 1st shift Equipment Engineers and other shifts as necessary Supporting on engineering and/or production recipe setup or retrain.
