Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience, Four years of experience, Must be able to gain and maintain a DoD (Department of Defense) security clearance, Must have a Part 107 FAA License for UAS operations or have the ability to achieve licensure within 12 months of hire, Basic knowledge of operating data acquisition systems (instrumentation, sensors) and network (MeshNet, radio) devices, Basic knowledge of computer-aided presentation and documentation techniques, and design, Basic knowledge of mathematical formulas and computations and data gathering methods, Basic knowledge of engineering work planning and control methods, Ability to effectively communicate engineering solutions both verbally and in writing to management, customers, and peers, Identify needs of upcoming tests and develop solutions, Manage property bookkeeping records and positive control of all equipment within the IPG, Good verbal and written communication with management, customers, peers, and state agencies, Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others

Provides technical expertise and guidance in the identification

Create and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Prepares thorough and accurate technical reports

Operates IPG maintenance vehicles (skid loader

UTVs) and other maintenance systems and hardware to sustain range conditions and install/de-install instrumentation and network capabilities

Working with BCDC research teams and other customers

provide expert advice on the use of IPG capabilities to support research

Provides direct support to IPG range operations and event phases: plan/prepare

analysis and reposting

and after-action review

Provide direct support to data support teams including instrumentation and range systems verification and validation
