We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. **POSITION SUMMARY:** For our Technical Department, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician with a strong mechanical foundation and knowledge of process technology. In this role, you will help maintain, improve, and optimize our automated production installations. You will work in a professional technical environment alongside colleagues from different disciplines and actively contribute to safe, reliable, and efficient production. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, pumps, and pneumatic systems. * Locate, analyze, and resolve malfunctions in technical installations. * Supervise external technicians and suppliers during maintenance activities. * Record completed work and maintenance reports in MS Office. * Provide support with work preparation and inventory management of technical parts. * Contribute ideas to improvement projects for the reliability and efficiency of installations. * MBO level 3 or 4 in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering. **Experience:** * At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial environment (preferably in the process industry or manufacturing). * Knowledge of and experience with motors, pumps, and pneumatics. * Fault analysis and troubleshooting in automated systems. * Basic knowledge of PC applications (MS Office) for reporting and work preparation. * Experience with warehouse management and/or spare parts purchasing is a plus. **Competencies:** * Analytical and solution-oriented mindset * Able to work independently as well as in a team * Strong sense of responsibility and accuracy * Good communication skills DuBois provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religio
