What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bac+2 minimum (commercial and / or technical), 2 years minimum experience in customer relations, Ability to manage client portfolio and prospects autonomously, Mastery of customer visit organization and planning, Good command of Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Permit and mobility on your sector
Nice to Have
Ideally in the field of Mass Distribution, Fast Food or Food Safety Audit
What You'll Do.
Installation of the complete range of products for existing or new customers
Repair and maintenance of all existing dispensers
Conducting training sessions on the proper use of products and internal customer procedures
Conducting preventive audit visits and advising clients on good hygiene practices in accordance with internal client procedures
Providing solutions through product selection
dispenser maintenance
adequate recommendations
Selling new products or complete programs in accordance with customer needs and approved products
Creating and managing a prospecting portfolio to achieve growth objectives
Formalizing and planning service visits and reporting to the Sales Manager regularly
