What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bac to Bac+2 in IT, 3 years experience in application support, Good knowledge of IT, Good knowledge of databases, Good knowledge of application environments, Proficiency in office tools, Proficiency in Excel, Comfortable with support tools, Comfortable with telephony tools

Nice to Have

Experience in hospitality sector, Experience with Genesys, Notions on Windev, Curious about new technologies, Curious about AI uses

What You'll Do.

Analyze customer requests

Formalize requests in ticketing tool

Respect SLAs and procedures

Establish diagnosis via remote access

Resolve malfunctions autonomously

Guide customers in feature usage

Perform audit services

Perform installation services

Perform update services

Perform configuration services

Qualify complex requests

Escalate complex requests

Ensure rigorous follow-up

Close incidents in ticketing tool
