Provide Level 1 support
Provide Level 2 support
Support users on Windows
Support Android users
Diagnose hardware problems
Resolve hardware problems
Diagnose software problems
Resolve software problems
Enroll users via Intune
Enroll users via SCCM
Manage support requests via ticketing system
Follow up on incidents
Follow up on requests
Collaborate with teams
Resolve complex incidents
Participate in process improvement
