What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CFC (or equivalent) in maintenance, electrotechnics or mechanical industry, Expertise of Fill Finishing processes and equipment, Minimum 5 years of experience in GMP environment, Experience in troubleshooting and process analysis, Proficiency in GMP documentation, Proficiency in maintenance SOPs, Proficiency in TOOLs documentation, Proficiency in French, Ability to work in English professional environment
Nice to Have
SAP knowledge, OIBT — Article 15 authorization
What You'll Do.
Ensure daily operational maintenance activities
Diagnose and resolve technical problems
Identify process improvement opportunities
Execute preventive maintenance plan
Perform corrective maintenance
Perform internal parts revisions
Prepare and execute shutdowns
Conduct technical investigations
Ensure processes are safe
Ensure processes are efficient
Ensure processes are cost-controlled
Ensure high-quality standards
Ensure compliance with industrial standards
Ensure compliance with safety measures
Ensure compliance with existing procedures
Maintain Drug Product perimeter
Participate in GMP Tours
Participate in Gemba EHS
Implement appropriate safety measures
Write maintenance SOPs
Review maintenance SOPs
Ensure permanent update of documentation
