Nice to Have
Building Environmental Systems (BES) Class & II Certification, 5th Class Power Engineer Certification, BOMI Systems Maintenance Technician (SMT®) Designation, BES certification or actively working towards completion, Experience managing seasonal landscaping tasks and supporting facility setup activities

En tant que seul opérateur de ces bâtiments, vous serez entièrement responsable des réparations des systèmes du bâtiment, de l'entretien préventif et de la supervision des entrepreneurs.
