In this role, you will monitor and sustain equipment and processes, conduct analysis, and collaborate with Shift Operations, equipment engineers, and tool vendors to improve efficiency, yield, and performance. As a technician at Micron, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation in memory and storage solutions, demonstrating a high level of dependability and passion. You’ll embody Micron’s core values: People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus. **Process Technician Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor semiconductor processing equipment; manage up to 25 online manufacturing systems. * Support wafer process efficiency, quality, and innovation through collaboration with engineering, operations, and other key partners. * Support engineering and process development teams, helping improve workstation operations and resolve bottlenecks. * Support problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts; use data analysis to guide process decisions. * Work in both cleanroom and office environments, adapting to fabrication and data analysis needs. * Follow safety protocols and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting 25–40 lbs, and navigating tight or uneven spaces. * Communicate clearly and manage tasks independently, using Microsoft Office tools to complete work efficiently. * Conduct technical tests and experiments for R&D in wafer fabrication; prepare reports and present findings. **Minimum Qualifications – Process Technician** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability
