Micron Technology is seeking highly motivated Process and Maintenance Technicians to support wafer fabrication in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will monitor and sustain equipment and processes, conduct analysis, and collaborate with Shift Operations, equipment engineers, and tool vendors to improve efficiency, yield, and performance. As a technician at Micron, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation in memory and storage solutions, demonstrating a high level of dependability and passion. You’ll embody Micron’s core values: People, Innovation, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Customer Focus. **Process Technician Responsibilities** * Operate and monitor semiconductor processing equipment; manage up to 25 online manufacturing systems. * Support wafer process efficiency, quality, and innovation through collaboration with engineering, operations, and other key partners. * Support engineering and process development teams, helping improve workstation operations and resolve bottlenecks. * Support problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts; use data analysis to guide process decisions. * Work in both cleanroom and office environments, adapting to fabrication and data analysis needs. * Follow safety protocols and perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting 25–40 lbs, and navigating tight or uneven spaces. * Communicate clearly and manage tasks independently, using Microsoft Office tools to complete work efficiently. * Conduct technical tests and experiments for R&D in wafer fabrication; prepare reports and present findings. **Minimum Qualifications – Process Technician** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability
