The **Technical Trainer** plays a key role in ensuring technician competency by implementing, facilitating, and continuously improving handler, tester, and equipment-related training programs. This role partners closely with operations and engineering stakeholders to support technician certification, recertification, and ongoing skills development. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and facilitate technical training programs, including **handler and tester training** , in support of technician **certification and recertification** requirements. * Conduct **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** and skills-based training to support the **orientation and onboarding of new hired technicians**. * Manage technician **certification and recertification programs** , including: * Creation, update, and maintenance training modules and of certification and recertification exams * Organization and communication of **quarterly recertification schedules** * Monitoring and ensuring **on-time completion** of quarterly recertification requirements *
