This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow established procedures, and effective coordination with engineering, operations, and customer teams to ensure efficient and accurate execution of lab processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced laboratory environment, proficient with basic computer tools for tracking and documentation, and capable of supporting multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Success in this role depends on clear communication, strong organizational and time management skills, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork while enabling technical teams to deliver high-quality data and insights. **Responsibilities** * Receive, log, track, and route customer samples to ensure accurate and timely processing * Perform sample preparation, packaging, and transfers between lab areas and tools * Coordinate sample logistics and provide status updates to internal customers and engineering teams * Maintain laboratory readiness, including housekeeping, organization, and compliance checks * Manage chemicals, consumables, and lab supplies, including inventory tracking and restocking * Support vendor field service activities, including scheduling, escorting, and logistics coordination * Perform documentation, data entry, and recordkeeping in laboratory tracking systems * Follow all safety procedures, chemical hygiene practices, SOPs, and information security require
