Excellent knowledge of Pultrusion molding process, Ability to calculate figures and amounts, Basic computer skills for documentation, Reasoning ability, Verbal communication, Written communication, Ability to define problems, Collect data, Establish facts, Draw valid conclusions, Interpret technical instructions, Handle emergency response, Handle first aid situations

Demonstrated ability to lead a group, Knowledge to perform all aspects of WIP Assembler, Knowledge to perform all aspects of Machine Operator, Knowledge to perform all aspects of Set-up Technician, Bi-Lingual in Spanish, Two years Composite molding experience, Ability to read and interpret documents, Ability to write routine reports, Ability to write correspondence, Ability to speak effectively before groups
What You'll Do.
Supervise and direct technicians
Manage mold change inventory
Review daily production schedule
Coordinate activities with departments
Train new technicians
Identify equipment issues
Complete supervisor duties
Follow MOS procedures
Write disciplinary actions
Set-up Pultrusion molds
Start-up Pultrusion molds
Process Pultrusion molds
Troubleshoot Pultrusion molds
Perform material handling
Perform inventory control
Assist mold maintenance
Assist quality control
Perform material testing
Monitor safety procedures
Enforce safety procedures
Monitor production procedures
Enforce production procedures
Communicate with shifts
