We are better together and together We Are Altasciences. **About The Role** The Technician, Reference Standard is responsible for reference standards activities including the reception, storage, inventory, request/dispensing, shipping and tracking of reference standards (RFS). **What You’ll Do Here** * Manage the request and dispensing of reference standards (RFS) * Manage the inventory of the RFS * Handle the receipt, shipping, storage, and tracking of RFS * Manage the RFS Material safety data sheet (MSDS) * Manage the RFS Certificate of analysis (CoA) * Respect Health and Safety standards in terms of personal protection, laboratory maintenance, and work procedures * Maintain all RFS logs * Conduct all work in compliance with applicable SOPs, GCPs, GLPs, and observe all company guidelines and policies **What You’ll Need to Succeed** * College or bachelor degree in health sciences or equivalent. Pertinent experience may be considered in lieu * Good organizational skills and interpersonal skills * Attentive to details. * Customer-focused. * Good communication * Works well within a team * Software knowledge in MS-Office, Outlook, Access * Knowledge of FDA-GLP, GCP and TPD regulation is an asset. * Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical
