As a **Real-Time Defect Analysis (RDA) Shift Process Technician** at Micron Fab10, you will play a meaningful role in identifying, analyzing, raising and addressing potential defect issues. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting product quality and process control through defect data analysis, and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a dedication to safety and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze defect data using SEM, optical review tools, and statistical software to identify process issues. * Identify and raise tool issues, potential excursions, and scrap risks to the appropriate teams. * Interpret Special Work Requests (SWRs) and ensure accurate execution and feedback. * Document findings, build deviation reports, and support excursion investigations. * Assist in crafting PowerPoint reports to present in daily meeting. * Promote safety and environmental compliance by following all established policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Diploma in Engineering or related field of study * Semiconductor experience will be an advantage * Demonstrate proactive approach, open communication, and accountability. * Demonstrate good collaboration skills, a strong focus on effective team dynamics, multi-tasking capabilities, and self-motivation * Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night), with flexibility to meet business needs. * Strong
