Recognized globally as an innovator in all aspects of vehicle exteriors, Magna provides everything needed, from materials development and design through manufacturing and assembly, to help automakers create sleek, state-of-the-art vehicles across the world. **Job Responsibilities:** JOB SUMMARY: This position reports directly to the department manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties as described below: QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB: * Six years of direct job-related experience * Computer skills are a plus. * Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours. * Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. MAIN DUTIES: ### ·Complete pre-operational safety checklists prior to operating any equipment or machinery. ### ·Provide support to engineers by troubleshooting process problems and implementing timely solutions. ### ·Monitor/debug methods and procedures to ensure system efficiencies. ### ·Assist in layout of workstation to improve workflow. * Monitor all process parameters, utilizing metering equipment, throughout shift. * React to process prob
