Technician Job Description: * Control systems & equipment installed area the building. * Make the preventive maintenance. * Make a checklist as assigned from the Engineer and Senior Technician. * Keep description into the company rules keep in line with the company rules. * Investigate & repair equipment as requested by tenants. * Fully inspect all electrical pneumatic climate controls and valves. * Keep detailed records of the chiller consumption and the temperature of the air conditioning system. * Provide electrical and telephone system for exhibitions. * Be prepared for any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
