As a **Technician III, Facilities Engineering** , supporting our Technician Manufacturing Team, you will be trusted to support engineers in the design, modification, and improvement of products/processes at our **Manufacturing Facility in Houston, TX**. **In this role, a typical day will include:** * Identifying and recommending improvements/preventive actions. * Inspecting, testing, maintaining, repairing, monitoring, installing and coordinating installation services on equipment and systems (MEP). Monitoring processes, estimating costs, making or verifying calculations, analyzing and interpreting data & drawings. * Monitoring and use of the BAS to troubleshoot building faults * Testing new and modified products, processes, and/or systems. * Training and transfer of knowledge and providing guidance and support * Point of contact and initial resource for the shift * Engaging in behaviors that foster continuous improvement * Maintain and repair machines and equipment. * Perform Preventive Maintenance (evaluate, modify, originate - PMs). * Support Facilities Group activities (shutdowns, capital projects, continuous improvements, PIT teams). * Document work accurately per company and regulatory policies (within Maximo, on test scripts/protocols, etc.). * Communicate clearly, effectively, professionally with other team members, production personnel, and outside contractors/suppliers. * Comply with all safety, environmental and CGMP requirements. * Ensure the quality and environmentally compliant operation of the plant critical utilities to i
