What You'll Do.
Machining and fabrication

Evaluating and implementing lab safety requirements
Instruct and train lab users
Read/interpret manufacturing prints
Operate precision measurement and machine cutting tools
and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery

Perform data entry and associated computer activities
Assist with planning and supervising of technical operations
including supervision of student workers
Maintain facility and common areas
Maintain reference materials
Program and set up CNC Mill & Lathes
